Our expertise

Multi-skilled & Precision

Our Assembly and Integration division assembles and integrates complex mechanical projects, supported by a Business Management department that manages each project, from technical coordination to deadline monitoring. Our organization also includes a Supply Chain department that qualifies suppliers and secures supplies and logistics, as well as a Quality department that ensures product compliance and the delivery of required documentation in accordance with ISO9001 and EN9100 standards.

Our assembly and integration process

A proven methodology to guarantee the success of your industrial projects

Analysis of the file, requirements, and project management

We study the specifications and technical data to identify functional, regulatory, and industrial constraints. The project is then planned and managed (deadlines, resources, costs, quality) with a dedicated contact person ensuring coordination and risk control.

Manufacturing/sourcing

We source components and manufacture sub-assemblies according to validated specifications, in compliance with quality and traceability requirements.

Assembly, testing, and integration

Equipment is assembled and integrated in our workshops. We perform functional and performance tests to ensure compliance before shipment or on-site installation.

Customer acceptance and documentation deliverables

We organize acceptance with the customer, validate performance, and provide the complete technical file (test reports, plans, certificates, manuals) to ensure compliant and safe commissioning.
